Good to know. Every Borealsound order already comes with a generous 45-day at-home trial period. If you have a question or you're unsure about your device, our team can help before you cancel: just write to us at contact@helvetisound.ch.
Before your order ships
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at contact@helvetisound.ch with your order number (e.g., #1023). We'll confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund by email.
After your order has shipped
Once an order has shipped or been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're covered by our 45-day trial period. Simply return the product for a full refund; see our Refund Policy for how to start a return.
